Lo-Fi DIY – Our Monthly Social Event

Lo-Fi DIY is a monthly event organised by the Manchester Craft Mafia. We meet on the first Tuesday night of every month at A Place Called Common to swap skills, make friends and get crafty.

Each month we invite a Mafia Member, Friend-of-Lo-Fi or guest maker to teach us a new skill and for a very low cost (£2 to £5 depending on the craft) you get some hands on help learning a new craft. Over the past we’ve featured everything from bath bomb making to book binding, from patchworking to making magical monsters!

What’s happening at Lo-Fi gets announced and booked up so quickly, that we aren’t always able to advertise it here, so the absolute best way to get included on Lo-Fi and get your very own monthly invitations is to email Nico at nico@opheliabutton.co.uk with the words “Lo-Fi List” in the subject line, and you’ll be in the know before the month is out.
